Oh my, an eclair - wow haven't had a decent eclair in - can't remember. Congrats on another new low. Likely all the yard work as you say. Enjoy. I haven't had time to log my food lately but looking at your choices above is making me hungry! I am going back to Scotland in October for 10 days and can't wait to sample some 'real' good baked goods.

New clothes, yes, I bet you did. Nice feeling and will encourage you to keep going. Awww, thanks for the hugs, I am a hugger and can use all the 'lovin' I can get these days, its what keeps me going :). I am resting sitting here, and its so nice not to have to think or plan or 'do' for anybody. Its just unfortunate that there is only hubby and I left in the family, plus our daughter. My brother is passed away, as is my father in law, my own mum and my dad. Hubby's sister died too, so ther is only us to look after the two elderly folk in our lives - my sister, much older than me, with the start of dementia and now hubby's mum. It's not easy but so far so good, we are pulling together and that helps. I sure miss my daughter though, she is a great help with mum-in-law. Sorry for blethering on in your comment space - I could talk to a wall I'm sure :) See you around :)

Wow, thanks Bill! Sorry to hear about your sister, that really sucks but there are so much worse things than death - my mother was very fond of saying that!!! I hope your in-laws health issues don't develop into anything major, this caring for the elderly isn't for the faint of heart but you do what you need to do, don't you? Yes life is good, especially when you know you are doing the right things to keep as healthy as we know how to. Have an awesome day buddy, we just rock, don't we ? LOL
