Back up again today ugh I got more of my sf granola and it's yummy! I'm going to a noon AA meeting and then going to the store to trade out my tool boxes
252.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
