Wow. I am shocked that the scale it still up. I been lifting weights, a lot! Trying to tone everything up. Cardio has been taking a back seat for about two and a half weeks. But four pounds. I haven't been to hungry so maybe I'm not eating enough. I am logging my food today. Track what I'm eating. Haven't done that in some time. So hopefully I will have these four crazy pound disappear! Then it's just five more. That will probably take two months. Which is fine with me.

I feel your frustation! I too have been doing alot of weight/strength training and the scale is either steady or going up for the past 4 weeks. I believe we are just building muscle right now. Hang in there the scale will come back down. (At least, that is what I hear)

Lol. Yeah, I hear the same thing! But it would be nice to see results to hard work quicker. I know I'm building muscle cuz I'm lifting way more than I thought I would ever be able to. Shoulder press @ 105lbs! I was shocked! That might not be much....but it is a big thing for me. Well wishes on your weight training and dropping the pounds.

It's your muscles retaining water to help them heal. It can take a while with lifting to see the movement on the scale. You will see your clothes fitting better. It takes a while for women to build actual muscle. Just keep going. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest. Great job!
