Went off track again for a while. Found new motivation recently. Started back with lifting and running, now running at faster speeds. Built more muscle and now have a smaller waist. Started juicing every morning as well along with eating more fish.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
