Starting today!!! I have been working out WITH a trainer and "eating clean" for 1 year. I have lost inches, put on some muscle, but have not lost any weight...well maybe 8-10 lbs. IT"S BEEN 1 YEAR!! Had blood work done A1C was 5.7...diabetic. too many carbs. Eat carbs, body shoots out insulin, wears out and drops me. It won't let me loose weight, plus I'm borderline diabetic!! I gotta do something. Let's try the low carb, high protein diet. Dr. Kellogg said to eat 1200 to 1550 calories, less than 100 carbs and more than 100 protein.
156.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
