I am not doing very well with this part of the site yet. I am not doing a weight in till tomorrow because then I will have been on the diet for a week. I think weighing in on a Monday would show me exactly how well/bad I might be doing. I will get there in the end just a bit trigger happy at the moment.

I have been tracking my weight and BMI via the Wii fit and everyday I have been loosing something and my BMI has come down everyday. I decided to weight myself today instead of tomorrow because the suspense was killing me and I am so please I did.
