I think I have finally figured out what works for me!! I have set up one week at a time my food menu, follow it to the "t" and have felt amazing!!!
I have also added in walking daily...anywhere from 25mins to 45 mins, depending on my schedule, but no matter what...I get out!! Something is better than nothing, and for my menu plan to work, I need to exercise....next weeks goal is to add in 2 days a week of weight training and 3 days of abdominal/core exercises.

I'm starting to feel like myself again.
185.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 55.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.6 lb a week
