I'm glad to see the scale dip down once again. It has taken alot of will power and discipline to not back slide and want to eat whatever I wanted.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Set a goal and know that it's really up to you and the choices you make to get to that goal. It takes alot of bad choices to put the weight on and it's going to take extra just to get it off
