Have to really watch the calories and I got sick again and that is never good for a diet and so I am sleeping more which is a good thing but still I need to keep posting to this site.

192.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
