OK - so yesterday I was surprised I lost weight...I think the issue is I was dehydrated and didn't drink enough water during the workout at the Gym Monday night. Extremely sore yesterday. I did my routine workout anyway and ate a good sized dinner with lots of protein and veggies (stir fry). Was hoping the sodium in the stir fry would help with the muscles - I am definitely retaining water from the dinner (chili garlic sauce sodium content) and I'm still sore. Debating on gym tonight or normal cycling routine.
