Get ready to do the HAPPY DANCE!!! I LOST 6 pounds this week!! Six pounds!! 6 pounds!!! I don't know how I did it, but I'm so HAPPY!!!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know, I was so shocked!!! THRILLED, but shocked!! I just don't know how I did it and then I'm scared that it's just a fluke and next Friday, I'll have gained it back, but I am going to continue to eat right and exercise.

Actually it's 24 pounds. I screwed up the start thing. I was 234 on August 26, 2008. I never could get it fixed so it showed the right starting weight.

I'm SOOO happy for you! I screwed up on my start weight too, it's 2 lbs off. I was 165 at my start instead of 163 But GOOO YOU!!! keep it up. :)
