I KEEP GAINING!! Help me out someone. I'm on phase three. Ugh. HELP
191.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The steak days do wonder for me.... Also, I run the next 10 pounds through my head over and over (don't touch that candy bar! Think 140s! Think 140s!) And also keep in mind that sometimes, our bodies just don't agree with us and retain water. But I hope the biggest help of all is... LOOK AT HOW FAR YOU'VE COME! You CAN do it! You ARE doing it! Go girl, go!

I have had a lot of trouble gaining weight as well. I have done countless steak days only to gain the weight back the next day. Heres what I did. I went to the mayo clinics website and calculated how many calories I am suppose to eat each day. I then track everything I ate and tried to keep it under 1600 calories. I steadily lost .4 pounds each day until I got bake to my LDW. It seems as if you need to track what foods you eat so that you can see what makes you gain. Good luck!!
