Level for three days in a row. Darn! But I have to remind myself that I had a really big jump down in weight earlier this week and maybe my body is just getting used to this whole exercise thing again.

310.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
