吃太多甜食,紅豆湯,麵包,pancakes, 雖然是好澱粉但吃太多也不行.
117.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
