Still getting better from being sick all last week. I am ready to workout again but a crazy schedule has been keeping me from it. I need to though and need to do it! Weight is maintaining so that's ok but still want to see it go down and don't want to lose my muscle- right back to working out!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
