Well i thought so.. i pretty much maintained... went up about 1/2 a pound. Its crazy how well i can predict what my body will do. I'm not worried about the .5 b/c i knew this week wasn't so great for me. Does give me some pressure for my next weigh in. But again those goals were for me to keep in line. i know i can't help how my body loses. I still feel great and am happy with the way i look,or happier. I did lose quite a bit this month already, so i'm going to assume my body knows what its doing.

This week has been a little crazy so my work outs have been as well, gotta focus on resting and getting up early.. been sneaking my jogs in the evenings.. not that its a problem.. but harder to wake up and jog again a few hours later. Gotta keep with my routine.

Did also start a heavier weight training on mondays, either way. not defeated by this :)!... i won't ever let the scale push me off my goals again!

If you started a heavier weight training, it might be some muscle gain.

AWESOME attitude, Naiomy! I still let the scale affect my attitude, my mood for the day... I so wish I could get past that! I love that you know you can trust your body, even at your young age... I'm still in that process. Maybe it's taking me longer to trust my body since I've NOT trusted it for so many years now - more than YOU have been alive! lol... Have a great weekend, girl!

@ runesinger.. i thought that too, just didn't want to justify it i guess lol.. @RWL the whole time prior to me taking a break i felt great but emotionally was a wreck b/c the scale took over me. i'm around where i was back then and can't believe i let it really hinder my progress.. so i really am in tuned with my body.. and i'm a happier person!!

@britt-a-knee... thanks so much!.. it means a lot that people can still look to me as an example even after my "fall" haha... its all a learning process, but i'm learning more about me as a person than me as a dieter. My will power is really amazing even to me sometimes and i know i can do this. I have to lose 2.5 lbs on my next weigh in to hit my next goal, and i'm ok with not getting there.. as long as i continue my progress i'm happy :)...
