In five days I am down .8 which is ok since vacation starts tomorrow!!!!!
127.8 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1250 kcal Fat: 46.82g | Prot: 55.29g | Carb: 117.10g.   Breakfast: Yoplait 2X protein of regular yogurt lemon Greek 100 Calories. Lunch: Five Guys Little Fries, Five Guys Sauteed Mushrooms, Five Guys Little Cheeseburger. Dinner: Barefoot Pinot Grigio , Toasted Garlic Bread, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Simply Enjoy Grilled Mixed Vegetables, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Spaghetti. more...
