I only lost 2 pounds after all that exercise. Guess it's better than gaining.

We Can Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2 pounds does not go well with the word "only" lol. You are doing wonderfully well so accept those two pounds as Wonderful not Only! TOWANDA!!!!!

Try to be happy with the two lbs. Some weeks you will not lose at all or may even gain a bit. It is a long term process that requires patience. Congrats on the 2 lbs.

2 pounds is awesome!! That is 4 blocks of butter - a huge amount to lose! Well done!

Way to go Cindy. 2 pounds is great. You can do it. Just remember it this way, we didn't put it on overnight, so it isn't going to disappear overnight. Hang in there. We are all in this together.:)

I think I've been doing O.W.L. and didn't know it. Anyhow, I will take the weight loss and continue to lose slowly. Maybe my skin will catch up with my weight loss. We Can Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
