Well, since my last visit to Fat Secret in January I gained 5lbs and lost 6 so I guess I only get credit for one pound...I'll take it! I have my sister working with me again. Last time we lost, how much was it, 30lbs together? Time to do it again!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
