Went to an all you can eat Chinese Buffett last night and what was I thinking. I feel really loaded with sodium today and fat and man those meals are hard on a person on a diet. I did not eat as much as I used to but my son and I like to go and eat out on Tuesday night. Back to the gym tonight and more rest. Amen.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
