Wonderful 4-day visit from my sister who lives in Australia and I haven't seen in 12 years - but therefore lots of food and drink and no gym :-O :-O well, well, onward and (hopefully!) downward!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 88.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 November 2010:
1692 kcal Fat: 42.07g | Prot: 139.97g | Carb: 200.66g.   Breakfast: Skyr með hindberjum, Vanilla Syrup, coffee, Flaxseed Seeds, jumbo oats, milk. Lunch: Boiled Chick Peas, Tuna Chunks in Brine, tamari, celery, walnut oil. Dinner: leek, jalfrezi, Zucchini, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Bell Peppers, skinless boneless chicken breast. Snacks/Other: Skyr með apríkósum og vanillu, apple. more...
