I weighed in today and it wasn't as bad as I thought. I DID GAIN, but it was less then I thought. Still....I need to rock it up!! Get back on my way down AGAIN
216.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
