Boing!!!! Not bad for my birthday and Father's Day. Made good choices, indulged a bit, and was prepared for worse on the scale this morning. Onwards! I can do this! :-)
169.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
