Ok, so TRYING not to get discouraged by the scale today...TOM is due any day so +++++++++++. Need a little help/encouragement & looking for a challenge buddy. If you are interested let me know.
96.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
