Eat less and that is my big problem as I am eating up to the limit and the only way to lose is to eat less as my exercise is good and I even eat ok food just too many carbohydrates. Just have to work on eating less and get it down to around 1600 to 1800 calories per day.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
