I hate reporting my weight when there has been no change. I have been alternating different calorie intakes, but I am always returning to the same weight. I wonder if my body is telling me something...
208.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
