So... I'm just recording that I'm again up from my goal. I don't know how to maintain at all... I stopped working out hardcore, and ate a few more calories than normal, and I'm up again. Bah.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
