i am up and awake not sure why but i think it is going to be a great day! lol kinda hard to burst some ones bubble when they wake up and find they have started to loose again! i am beginning to think i may need a water pill. i don't salt my food and since switching to atkins i am using mostly fresh or frozen foods. i don't eat pork rinds, and have stopped eating the pepperoni sticks i switched my counter to start monitoring my sodium intake to see where i am eating too much salt i hope this will help as i am running out of ideas,but when you wake up after changing nothing and you have dropped 3 pounds over night then it is probably water.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am sure you earned all 3 of those pounds. Isn't it funny how we can work our butts off for nothing then all of a sudden 3 pounds? No matter how stressful it can be at times, its just the way it is. You're doing a great job.

laurie i am going trick or treating with my grad daughter this year. i normally stay home and pass out candy trying very hard to stay out of the bowl and not succeeding.this year i am going for a nice walk with a very young alice in wonderland.

Way to go Laurie!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think that was water weight. I think you are doing IT. You are accomplishing your goals one, two, or three pounds at a time. Great job!!!!!!!!!!!! We Can Do It!

Take the losses however they come. And, you're still down over a pound from the 19th. You've definitely got this all figured out right now. Enjoy the ride!
