Restarting insanity today. Dropped from 239.9lbs to current weight, 228.8lbs after 45 days. Had to stop for surgery on 4/29/13. Almost fully recovered and I will succeed in losing 28.8lbs to reach goal of 200lbs. See you in 60 days.
228.8 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
