Best week of exercise ever and up a pound! Who,s overeating?
196.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Seriously. Did a 6 mile run Saturday, didn't skimp on my 5Ks T or TH and added swimming this week. My only bad choices were some frosting and a cupcake or two during the entire week and I'm still up.

Yea. My arthritis causes me hold fluid instead of reverse. Its crazy.
