forgot to say 6.4# in 3 weeks. 2#/ week is very good. last night too much food. the salad was more than I needed. I mustn't choose something too big because I am afraid that something else won't be enuf there is always more food waiting at my next Neal.
206.2 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
