WOOHOO!, not only did I lose my gain from last week I dropped UNDER 224!!!

I am BELOW my 2013 goal. I will carry on until 210, so I have my buffer for re-adjusting for the rest of this year. BUT I AM OFFICIALLY AT MY TARGET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
