Successfully summited Mount St. Helens yesterday along the Worm Flows winter climbing route. Never would have imagined doing this when I started my weight loss journey ~2 years ago when I weighed 306 lbs.

Be Happy!

WOW - you have accomplished so much in a short time! Nice photo of Mt Rainier in the background. I lived near St. Helens when it blew up and have been there several times so I have a pretty good idea exactly where you are in the photo. You ROCK.
