Been eating a bit too much lately (too much chocolate sauce, chips, cocoa powder), but been doing good on the cardio. Plan to cut back on dessert and late night munching.
135.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
