It hasn't been a week yet but I might try to weight myself almost everyday to help keep on track (but not be too hard on myself if the scale goes up a little on some days). Since Monday, it says I've lost 3 lbs already so maybe I need a new scale (even though this one is new) - so it might be water weight.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
