Well, I managed to make up the sudden 2 pound weight gain I had last week (I was 2 pounds heavier one day, and back to my starting weight the next day. Go figure?)
I have incorporated extra cardio into my exercise regime this week. That has helped to offset the extra calories I have eaten due to the presence of all of these goodies. It is so hard to say no to sweets when they are all around you. Yesterday, one of my students gave me a container of brownies and fudge, and yes, I had a brownie along with a few other goodies that were available throughout the school. Today is the last day before Christmas break so I will have only one more day of high temptation. I plan to be strong, but I will probably be back at the cardio this afternoon.
