Stopped again! I don't lose weight anymore :'(
Anyway I am determined and patient.
At least now I am 5 kilos lighter than last month:-)
I will continue. Tomorrow is another day:-)
149.9 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
