Result! I managed the day on a single 400 calorie meal yesterday - it helped a lot that I was at the theatre in the evening and the play lasted over two hours. It was past meal-time when I got home so I didn't bother. Although I was hungry trying to get to sleep, I dropped off eventually. It was worth it to be back in what I now consider my "normal" weight range.
