Two pound this week. Had two days that I couldn't stick to my diet. Crap !!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Talbot, no no! Two lbs this week is EXCELLENT! Please don't focus on those two days, focus on the fact you still had a great loss! You're doing wonderfully!

Thank for the encouragement.You are so sweet. I really happy to have lost the two pounds, but I should be able to stick to it. I am very hard myself. I know that about myself.

Talbot, Your diet history is a dieters dream, an honest one at that. I only hope I can duplicate your loss over time. Let's keep it up. IMHO, more than two lbs a week over time is unhealthy and a guarantee to fail.

Yea, that graph is pretty impressive! Also keep in mind, that if you are exercising and building lean muscle tissue, you may see your losses slow since muscle is much more dense than adipose tissue. Utilize the mirror t gauge your progress as well!

We are three friends that are doing the same diet. One of my has lost 1 pound this week and the other gained 1.5 pounds. We all had a slow down this week. I know why!!! Its has been cold all week. They announce rain for the next 5 days. We all feed off the weather. I am in a such crappy mood.Hate this kind of weather !! We live in Montreal and we have had very crappy weather this past month. 1 week of heat and 3 weeks of cold and rain. I just can't take it anymore.
