I'm having a "cheat weekend" this weekend so I can eat some Halloween Candy.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Medifast   losing 3.0 lb a week

Instead of having a cheat weekend, I save 200 calories a day and pick a few candies from the kids bag. That way I can have my candy, eat it too and stay on track, lol. So I may have a couple of treats each day for a week. I'm afraid I would gain too much just letting myself go for a weekend. Good luck!
