June 4, 2013. I am brave today, I actually pulled out the scale and did a weigh in. Wow, I cant believe I am alomost right back where I started out on this journey to lose weight, feel healthy, and look sexy.
Its a great time to start again, I have survived Seattle, Texas, Washington, and yes the Great Las Vegas. I am shocked that I didnt blow up to 200 pound with the careless eating & drinking I have made part of my daily life.
Today, I record a journal in hopes that I am on my way to making a comeback! Summer is here, and I want to feel great! Enjoy the ride.
