Up and down, up and down.... spring classes are over and finals are done, so time to get back in to fitness more. I have set a schedule to make time for workouts again and my son wants to work out with me too. Time to get him out of bed for a morning walk before work. :)
190.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
