Well, haven't been getting to the gym because of my work schedule, but making sure I intake less calories than I burn, taking in few carbs, *trying* to drink more water, I just switched from the shot (which made me gain 25lbs) to the mini-pill... I have high anxiety and therefore have a hard time controlling my stress. I work retail, so I'm walking around in heels for 5-8 hours a day, which is mostly my exercise. I'm trying those Green Coffee Extract and Raspberry Ketones.
