Thank God. I lost nine pounds in one week since starting FS. I'm finally learning how to stay in ketosis on the induction phase. Some of this has to be water weight. Thank you to all my buddies for your encouragement.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 October 2010:
1469 kcal Fat: 106.59g | Prot: 86.73g | Carb: 39.08g.   Breakfast: broccoli, cheese, fried egg. Lunch: avocado, cheese, egg, avocado, canned chicken, olive oil, cucumber, romaine. Dinner: olive oil, romaine, beef steak. Snacks/Other: sunflower seeds, Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll Bar, Atkins Advantage Peanut Butter Bar. more...
