Still did not make it to the gym like I planned. Woke up late again, but not to late to lift weights at home! Did not do alot but did enough to feel good about it. Went to bed very early last night and did not sleep well. I am going to try again tomorrow!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
