Weighed in today. I have been losing 2 pounds per week. To do this I watch what I eat and exercise at least 50 minutes several days per week. 30 more pounds to go for me to reach my first goal weight. The difference this time is that I am making a life-style changes and habits, not just a diet to lose weight.
