Ok, you know those days when you feel like you have to have some carbs or you're simply going to die?? That was me yesterday, and shame on me, I gave in a little. I didn't go hog wild, but if I was giving Dillon a handful of Golden Grahams (WHOLE GRAIN Golden Grahams), I would eat whatever he left over. Same with his (whole grain) Goldfish. And last night, I just gave in and ate a whole bowl of cereal. Granted, I ate a bowl of pinto beans and greens for lunch and weighed right after that, I still weighed heavier. No matter what the reason, it really frosts me to see that little blue line go the wrong way. It frosts me enough to make me kick my own butt back in gear. I've gotten too comfortable and it's stalled me where I am. I'm working too hard to be staying in one place. So my bit of encouragement today is, "Kick your own butt! You probably need it!" :-)
169.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh I know what you mean with getting comfortable. We need a rejuvinator don't we. But hey, everybody needs some goldfish sometimes.
