My committment seems to be waning a bit....not entirely sure why. I've got to get rededicated....
275.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it happens naturally. But as long as you are aware, you won't stray too far.

Because you have been at it for a long time. Sometimes a little "vacation" is needed to revitalize your commitment. I just came back from a little "vacation" and am totally recommitted. Licked a plateau too. Pamper yourself a little. Bask in your acomplishments so far!

Thanks! I agree Barbieq13, that's what I've been doing. Been nursing some kind of cold and knee problems. Going to see the dr today to try to help with those so I can get going again. At least I've been able to stay relatively steady..that too is an accomplishment.
