Under 250lbs, are you F'n serious?! I haven't been under 250 since I was pregnant with my son (who just turned four btw). What an accomplishment!! So I'm down thirty-seven pounds, looking forward to being down over forty pounds next Monday. Still eating the same foods I always ate, minus junk like soda and snacking on chips. Portion control and kicking ass in the gym!! It's working for me, I love it. Saw some pictures of myself from this time last year and almost died. Holy hell was I fat. Can't wait till I hit the under 200 mark, I'll probably die with excitement lol. At the rate I'm going I am hoping to hit that mark sometime in October. This is a long process, one day at a time!!
249.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
