Still gaining weight after quitting 20 net carb diet. Back on the horse today with a 900 calorie/day and excercise.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That happens to just about everyone after going low carb. It's best to add carbs back in slowly and it will take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust. Good luck!
